Rock Springs Run State Reserve Vacations from $305

The property looks like an old condo. The doors do not have peep holes or the safety lock at the top of you have littles. Also not kid friendly since there is not tub in the bathroom just a stand up shower. $34 a night for resort fee was a bit high when it isn’t resort status. The ac unit in the room was super noisy. There were no extra pillows available. If you have special needs kids there are many open water areas to be cautious about. the pond and the lake have no gate or barrier to them and are right next to the playground. The lego room was cool. The video games worked but the little toys for the kids all didn’t work. Also it closes at 9 pm so the older kids didn’t get to play in there which would have been nice since we paid the resort fee. Breakfast was great! I will say that. They did great with breakfast each day. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice as well.

Staff were really nice, we arrive late night and they were very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Property in general was in good condition. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you and extra fee for the entrance of the water park, and when we did the reservation did not said water park will be extra charge.

Our toilet kept on backing up and we had to call maintenance three times. We asked if we could keep the plunger to prevent us from calling the and the maintenance person told me that they only have one plunger for the entire campus.
